Big Feed Club & DRL Coachlines Reach Agreement on Food Distribution in NL

(June 14, 2022 - St. John’s, NL) Big Feed Club Grocery Delivery and DRL Coachlines have signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) to distribute fresh grocery and essential products across the island portion of Newfoundland and Labrador.

Both Bradley Russell, Co-Founder of Big Feed Club Grocery Delivery, and Jason Roberts, Owner of DRL Coachlines, say that in a time of rising food prices and supply chain disruption, the partnership couldn’t be more timely.

“We are excited to announce our partnership with DRL Coachlines to distribute our products to all locations that DRL Coachlines currently serves. Now people across the island can take advantage of the quality and price of Costco products without needing a Costco membership or to visit the physical store,” says Russell.

Russell says DRL Coachlines long-standing commitment to public transit in Newfoundland and Labrador makes this partnership special.

“For over 25 years, DRL Coachlines has been an essential public transit service in our province. Combining public transit with access to quality fresh foods is a win-win for everyone involved. In particular, for those outside the St. John’s metro region that may have limited access to fresh products at a competitive price,” says Russell.

Jason Roberts, owner of DRL Coachlines, says, “We are delighted to partner with Big Feed Club as the price of fresh food and essentials continue to climb. They specialize in moving fresh bulk products from Costco, and soon local producers, through their door-to-door delivery network and we are excited to bring those same products right across the island.”

Ordering will be open to the general public early summer. Customers can sign-up at www.bigfeedclub.ca/expansion to be the first to know and to receive exclusive offers.
